Her accomplished sales and marketing career in the technology industry for Fortune 500 companies and her University of Southern California marketing degree have provided her with skills she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers, and marketing homes. Wendy is a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert® and sought out by business leaders and community members with her innovative use of technology and commitment to helping people by adding value to their lives.

As a native San Diegan, Wendy shows her love for the San Diego community in everything she does. She is actively involved in the local community and believes in giving back through various philanthropic efforts on a continued basis. Her passion for helping small businesses led her to start the Only In Poway Video series on Facebook and Instagram (@OnlyInPoway) that spotlights local businesses in the city of Poway and surrounding areas. She also founded the Women Supporting Women local business networking group.

The mother of three children and married for 27 years, Wendy enjoys the beach, snow skiing and a good cup of coffee.
